Tidbitz In Time - Rusty Botanicals

Picture a warm September day..the colors of leaves are just starting to turn, but the green of summer is still evident all around you. Birds and butterflies are still flying through the skies; however, you know fall is coming. The feeling is in the air. This is what the September kit, Rusty Botanicals reminds me of. The time of year when plants and trees look slightly faded from the summer heat, yet they are still radiant. The papers in this kit mimic the greens, browns and rusty reds of an upcoming fall. They are designed so beautifully I had a hard time cutting them up! It also includes tags, real vintage buttons, tissue tape, distressing ink and flowers. You will find it is loaded with lots of embellishments that will keep you creating until you do not have a scrap of paper left.

This describes the kit from Tidbitz In Time perfectly!! Check out these goodies

I immediately fell in love with the TIM HOLTZ TAPE .... and the BUTTONS ... and the RIBBON .... 3 of my fav things right in one spot - how lucky was I :-). So, I got creating ....

This one is using the first bonus sketch at Stuck?! Sketches for August

(I added black cardstock, a doily, glimmermist and the star to this page, everything else is from the kit)

I loved the pins:

Played with a Martha Stewart border punch with this one:
(again, I added the doilys and black cardstock). I made a flower using the white ribbon trim and the string of pearl add a nice girly touch:
More to come ... gotta draw out the fun!! :-)

You must head on over to Tidbitz In Time and check it all out and while you are there, see what the talented DT members have come up with in the gallery!!
