Scrapz.Biz Olympic Torch Relay Blog Hop!

Hello and welcome to your second stop along the Torch Relay Blog Hop!  (You should have already visited Sheree's blog, if you haven't, hop along there now ;-) )

Over the next few weeks we are running an Olympiad over at Scrapz.Biz which starts

on Friday 27 July, 2012 at 7am with the Opening Ceremony.

There will be a total of 8 events you can compete in. Each challenge is sketch-based with extra criteria as a requirement.

A merit prize will be awarded for each event. Each competitor who has completed the challenge by the due date and has completed a minimum of 5 events will go into a lucky draw to win the merit prize and a $10 voucher for that event. Multiple wins are allowed. You will go into the draw for each event completed whether you have won a prize in another event or not. Prizes will be drawn at the conclusion of the competition.

There will also be a major prize for the most successful competitor and a runner-up prize. A minimum of 5 events have to be completed to be in the running for the major prizes.

The runner-up will receive a $50 scrap pack.

The winner of Scrapz Olympiad will be invited to be guest designer for one month and receive a $100 scrap pack.

All challenges have to be completed by midnight August 19, 2012.

To kick start the comp, we are holding a Torch Relay blog hop (which started at Sheree's blog on Monday)! Each of the design team will be sharing a motivational card or layout of encouragement this week. Here's mine...

Another weekend catch up ...

A Saturday share ...

I am just loving these photos - there's something about little girls, fairy tutus and pretty flowers!  This page was created for last week's Scrapz challenges ...

I have used Crate Paper Pretty Party ... as the name says, it's super Pretty!!!  I've probably said this before, but pink and green would have to be one of my all time favourite colour combos :-)

And here's a sneak of my challenge for this week:

July Ticklez kit

I've received the Scrapz July Ticklez kit to play with this month - it is just gorgeous!!!  It features the brand new paper company Carta Bella and their "Beautiful Moments" line ... I must admit, I just adore it!!  The papers are thick and slightly textured and lovely to create with :-) :-).
