June Savvy CC

Hello everyone!  I don't know about you, but I just LOVE Savvy CC's!! There is NOTHING like a Savvy CC to get the mojo flowing :-). 

My challenge was posted last night and it is a COLOUR challenge.  I hope you are going to like it ...
The colours are:

BLUE, GREEN and KRAFT(any shades of these are fine.  Other neutrals are OK too)

Yes, I've scrapped some summer photos in the middle of winter .. LOL ...

SUYS Quote

The SUYS challenge this month was a quote.  And, I just HAD to play along because I had this quote on an old Kaisercraft sticker sheet! :D  And, because, of course, I LOVE to use handmade embellishments on my projects :-)

FWAB June challenge

There's a new sketch up at Inspired Blueprints and it's a fabulous multi-photo one at that! I'm getting to quite like these :-)

Love the washi tape and splattered background on this one :-)
I changed the orientation of the smaller photos but otherwise kept pretty close to the sketch ...

FWAB June challenge

Have you seen the June challenge over on the FWAB blog yet?  It's a FABULOUS sketch by DT member Amy Prior.

I've used some Flourish With A Bling adhesive pearls on top of a FWAB fence. 

And some Rainbow Splendour chevies in there too :-) :-)

I turned this one on the side to suit my landscape photos ...

The photos on both pages are by LaBelle Photographics - aren't they awesome!  I just LOVE this puppy shoot ... I seem to remember saying that once or twice before LOL!!

Super excited to announce ...

I have been offered a position on the wonderful Flourish With A Bling DT!!  WOW ... I am over the moon!!  See the announcement HERE ...

I still cannot believe it!! 

Here's the page I created for the FWAB challenge last month.  These Luke flourishes are some of my favourites ... here they are in bronze and chocolate (they sound good enough to eat don't they!!)

I just can't WAIT to get started, even though I'm a little bit nervous!!  Such talent on the team, I feel a bit average in comparision!!

BIG June Savvy Sketch

Hello everyone!  I'm SO excited because it's my FIRST time at setting the BIG Savvy sketch challenge ...
As some of you might already know, we chose a layout from the Savvy Gallery to base our monthly sketch on.
So ... I saw so many awesome and inspiring layouts in the gallery ... it was a difficult decision ... and then THIS one caught my eye. Created by Leah ...

Our awesome resident sketch artist Sara created this sketch from this page for our BIG June sketch:

So many possibities for this!!!
And this is my take on it:

I've added a few more layers and a cluster ... but kept the basics there. I loved the twirled twine under the photo so I copied that idea too :-).
