123 challenge

I've really enjoyed playing along with a few challenge blogs this month!  I just loved the September criteria over at 123 challenge blog:

Colour: PINK (yep, easy peasy!!)
Word:  SWEET
Technique:  Florals (again easy peasy :D )

NEW FWAB flowers!!

I'm super excited to  to share my first page using the NEW gorgeous FWAB flowers!!  I fell in love with these flowers the very minute I saw them ... they are soft and pretty and oh so easy to add to ANY project!

I wanted to have some fun with this page ... a bit of masking ... a touch of texture paste .... some distressing ... and ripping ....


Just love this photo of my daughter and her cousin.  They love visiting each other!  :)
I've used the beautiful Maddison flowers in Baby Blue and Pink, and the sweet little Elise flowers in Pink and Cream.  I've swiped some Shimmerz over some of the flowers for some extra shine ...


I have also used the FWAB Chloe Pearl Flourish Baby Blue and  Chloe Pearl Flourish Pink, cutting them up to fit around my clusters.


Just love pink and blue together!

Mood Board Monday | Green

GREEN is the theme for this week's mood board over at Life As We Know It.  There's so many greens around ... I chose to focus on a nice, bright lime green - fresh and summery, just right for this warmer weather we are having :)

Yay, it's the weekend! :D
White With 1 ... do you know the challenge blog?  Since I am a little ... colour challenged ... I don't often play along over there ... but this month, I've decided to step outside my little square and challenge myself!  Look out for more challenge entries later!

That background mask ... I've had it in my stash for AGES ... and I think that's the second time I've used it!! :D  Lots of other bits and pieces there that have been in my stash for ages too ... so it feels good to use some of them :).  The spotty button is a Burdy's Handmade Embellie (love these) ... and that's a Greatest View badge there too :)

Sweet baby feet

I shared a sneak of this page a while ago and can't believe I haven't got around to sharing the whole page yet!!  It's one of my Flourish With A Bling DT pages :)

See those sweet baby feet?  They belong to one of my bestie's little girls ... when she was newborn ... aren't they just adorable??   Photo taken by my FAV photographer LaBelle Photographie ...

I’ve used soft, pretty colours and this FWAB Grace Pearl flourish in Mango was just perfect for this colour scheme!

As you can see, I’ve cut up the flourish to place it on either side of my cluster.  (I love cutting flourishes!!!  It's a habit!!)

The eye of the bird sticker is from the FWAB Adhesive Pearls 100 Pack in Red
