Super Sleuth

Recently, Scrapz.Biz had a competition called "Scrapbook Super Sleuth". (They have the BEST comps ... seriously). It was a competition with a difference. Each challenge had a sketch and the criteria was to find FIVE common items on the DT pages and use these on a page. It was tricky. It got people thinking ... but it was so much fun!!!

I'll share a couple of my pages with you today.

This was the first sketch:

And my page:

The secret 5 common items were:

1. white background
2. the word 'discover'
3. a banner
4. a feather
5. a journaling card

And the 2nd sketch

And the common items were:
1. polka dot paper
2. the word 'surprise'
3. stitching
4. 3 buttons
5. twine

And the 3rd sketch:

And the 5 common items:
1. paint splatters
2. distressed edging
3. the word 'lazy'
4. paper-pieced circle
5. a doily

I watered down some paint so it would 'splatter'.  Fun!

That's all for now, I'll share the rest later :-) :-)
Have a great weekend!
Thanks for visiting :-)
