Splishing and Splashing ...

It's winter here, it's a chilly 8 degrees at present.  Even so, there's nothing quite like scrapping summery photos, using bright summery splishy splashy Echo Park Splash ...
 A cute Scrap FX chippy bucket and spade ... a Kaisercraft flower
 The rolled felt flower and the book paper banner is from HERE ... and the cabochons are from HERE.
