Since I have heaps of the fun Kaisercraft Candy Lane range, I thought I would play along with their sketch challenge.
This is the sketch - turned on the side as this is how I used it LOL

Everything is Kaisercraft except for the 'smile' sticker and the Japanese tape :-)
